- Estimated completion in Summer 2025. Oak Over Main consists of four luxury vacation rentals located on the rooftop of our 356 Main Street renovation project in downtown Highlands, NC. Our interiors will be inspired by rich, natural palettes and our rooftop decks and patio will provide our guests with an elevated experience like nothing else downtown. In addition to the renovation of Oak Over Main and the adjacent commercial building, we are also refreshing the streetscape with the addition of a brick sidewalk and street trees. This project will revitalize the previously overlooked Oak Street and create a pleasant experience for our guests as they arrive for their weekend away. We have partnered with Lupoli Construction, Altura Architects, Alchemy Design Studio, Living Roofs Inc, and Henry Ross, PLA, ASLA to bring our vision to life.
- Below and adjacent to Oak Over Main, our renovation project also encompasses four retail spaces located at 352 Main Street, 356 Main Street, and 361 Main Street. Together, these buildings will mark a cohesive and significant improvement to both Main Street and Oak Street in Downtown Highlands.
